All services are confidential. Any information collected for the purpose of a session is not shared. 

Pre-payment is required for scheduled sessions. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Up to 24 hours notice required for cancelation. If reschedule is not possible with practioner a refund will be issued minus any fees if applicable depending on payment methods.  

No refunds for services rendered. No exceptions. 

No refunds on custom or art pieces, please contact us for any questions or issues about product upon arrival.
